GROUP TRAINING

Outdoor group training is an awesome way to get fit and have fun at the same time.

We run our sessions every week at Kangaroo Point at 8am Saturday morning.

We use Full body strength training couple with medium to high intensity cardio to help you get fit and shed fat fast!

Session go for an hour and all fitness levels are catered for.
